We kindly ask all presenters to submit their presentation files in advance (Deadline: September 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM (JST)).
Please check the program to confirm your presentation number, date, and time.
When uploading your presentation file, please include your presentation number as listed in the program in the file name (e.g., 01-006_.pptx).

2. Important Information for Presenters Using Videos or Macintosh Computers

- If your presentation contains video files, or if you will be using a Macintosh computer, please visit the PC Preview Desk at the conference venue.
- Please complete the necessary checks at the PC Preview Desk at least 40 minutes before your presentation.
- Please bring backup data on a USB flash memory in case of unexpected accidents.
- Please bring your own PC if you use Macintosh.
- HDMI is needed to connect to the projector. Please bring your own adapter for your PC as well as power cables.
- Please disable screensaver, power-saving feature, password, or hot corner on your PC.
- Please note that you cannot use PowerPoint’s Presenter View function.
